- Ships in 1 to 3 business days. A little longer on market weekends and holidays.
- Real USPS rates, calculated at checkout. You pay what the post office charges, never a padded flat fee.
- Tracking on every order, emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- Delivery in the US: usually 2 to 5 business days with Ground Advantage, 1 to 3 with Priority Mail.
- Orders over $110 get 10% off automatically. No code needed.
- International: we ship to many countries. Rates show at checkout; customs duties are paid by the buyer.
Returns
- 30 days to return unread, unused items in their original condition.
- Arrived damaged or wrong? Email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't pay return shipping.
- Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address.
- Warmies that have been microwaved or washed can't be returned unless there was a problem when they arrived.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
